Policies

The school has set up and continues to maintain strong and adequate security system to insure the protection of its students, school personnel, and all school facilities, buildings, and other property.

            Security Measures. The following security measures shall be strictly observed in the school  by both students and all school personnel.

  • All visitors, except parents, shall wait in the school quadrangle area only. Classrooms are strictly OFF LIMITS to unauthorized visitors.
  • All employees/teachers/instructors involved in the preparation and safekeeping of the periodic examination/test papers shall be held strictly responsible for the integrity, confidentiality, and security of these examination/test papers. Any intended or unintended disclosure or leakage of test/examination questions shall be cause for dismissal of the employee/teacher/instructor concerned. All teachers shall provide secure locks for their lockers to safeguard the security of the test/examination papers that may be kept there.  Test/examination questions, in all its stages from the drafting, mimeographing, administration, correction, marking, computation and recording shall be the direct responsibility of the subject teacher.
  • The Faculty Room is OFF LIMITS to students at all times.
  • Employees/teachers/ instructors shall disallow students from entering the Faculty Lounge.
  • To safeguard the safety and security of students and school property, students shall not be allowed to leave the school premises during class hours, except for emergency such as illness or upon request of his/her parents The utility/watchmen shall see to it that the gates to the school premises remain closed during working hours; it shall be opened only to allow students, all school personnel parents, and visitors to enter. Only visitors and school personnel shall be allowed to leave the school premises during working hours.  

After the working hours and, especially during weekends, the gates to the school premises shall be closed, and only school personnel authorized to work during this time shall be allowed to enter the premises. The utility/watchmen on duty shall require all school personnel to present a written permit or pass to enter the school premises. Teachers/instructors/class advisers scheduling homeroom or campus cleaning, or practice/rehearsals of some presentation or any other similar activity to be held during off-work days such as Saturday, Sunday, or any other holiday shall see to it that the students shall present an approved pass or permit to the utility/watchman on duty to enter the school premises. Moreover, student/s shall not be allowed inside the school premises during this time unless accompanied by a teacher/instructor/ adviser who shall oversee the activity until such is completed and the students leave the premises. In no case shall a teacher/ instructor schedule an activity inside the school premises unless he/she is available to supervise them while on-campus

RESPONSIBILITY OF UTILITY/WATCHMEN FOR CLEANLINESS AND SECURITY.

The utility/watchmen shall be held directly responsible for the security, safety, and cleanliness of the school. It shall be the duty and responsibility of the utility/watchmen to see to it that the buildings and school premises are clean and presentable at all times.
